nate’s graduation dinner
Big congratulations to Nate and family on his graduation from Friends Academy and his acceptance to Cornell! Big things happening for this young man! The dinner at Toku looked amazing (I had sushi there another day and it was deeeelicious!) and I was so happy to hang out with this awesome family. Please send them some good thoughts today- all is well, there’s just some stuff going on they could use some good juju for. Can’t wait to hear all about Cornell at our next session!

gabby’s graduation
My favorite tiny dancer graduated from 8th grade and is off on all kinds of new adventures! She is still dancing for the NYC Ballet (The School of American Ballet/SAB) so with moving up as you get older and get asked back, high school becomes more and more difficult to coordinate with professional dance. So she’ll be going to public school and going back and forth to nyc daily (such a busy schedule). And that’s after a summer dance intensive all the way on the other side of the country. So exciting! And I love the rest of this family- the littlest boy was literally rolling around in the grass in his jacket and dress pants when I arrived for the shoot. The middle son is all heart, as shown thru his flower petal he found. Loving it! And them.

the kats family
A brand new to bsquared crew who is expecting (obviously) a new baby girl very soon. Their little girl was very shy of me at first, but after discussing sparkly nails and sparkly shoes, and me having her pink unicorn named “cousin mimi” as my assistant, we were friends. Isn’t mom just glowing and gorgeous! Wishing them all the best of luck with their new addition!

hopkins landscape design {part 4 maybe?}
I’ve since lost track of my Hopkins Landscaping and Design posts, so I’m just going with #4 cause it’s as a good number as any. Look at the gorgeous, clean work he did here with pops of bright colors. I photographed this house for him once before, but at night with uplighting so I didn’t get to see the daytime gorgeousness.

the lip/gre bar mitzvah
First, no, they are not twins, just “regular” brothers. But they do get asked that all the time they said. They celebrated their bar mitzvah’s together though along with a lot of extended family. They are great boys- so polite and outgoing! I hope they had a wonderful day!
