bsquared calendar september-november now open for booking!
You can find the calendar HERE.
A few things to note:
-to book your session, you can either leave a comment here on the blog, use the “contact” form linked above in the blog header, send me a fb message or email me at bethbeyrer@yahoodotcom.
-with my older boys starting Regis High School in September I’m going to try to keep the calendar on the lighter side for now as I don’t really know what to expect with their schedule (and my schedule!) and all the changes that will bring. If things are going smoothly and I’m keeping up with the editing and orders and the rest of the business end of things I will be able to add more dates and times.
-all dates and times are first come, first served. I will email you back in the order in which I receive your emails/messages/etc. You can expect a reply by the end of the day on the day you email me. If all the slots go, I will start a waiting list (first come) if anyone cancels or if I am able to add more dates.
-I am more than happy to do a weekday session or two each week (again, depending on how things in the rest of life are going!) during the day or early evening. If you are able to do a weekday session, please email me with the week you have in mind. I may have to juggle things around a little once all the boys start school and their fall sports schedules. Please be patient with me as I try to fit everyone in and work out taking care of my family at the same time!
-the last day for sessions will be November 17th.
-if you have a date in December you’d like to book I will be taking a very, very limited number of sessions/events during December. These session’s galleries will NOT be ready before the second or third week of January so please keep that in mind if you’d like to book something for December.

Be back soon (I hope)
For those of you who dont follow me on Facebook or instagram, my son Patrick has been in the hospital since last night. It was thought he has appendicitis but now they are thinking probably not, but that he is very dehydrated from baseball in Delaware in 9000 degree heat all weekend with the stomach virus he had for 2 weeks still remaining or kicked back up. Or something. We’re here again tonight so they can make sure he’s keeping food down and his appendicitis symptoms don’t get worse (if they do, it’s surgery) and they have him on Iv fluids.
So since we’ve been away since Thursday in rehoboth beach for their tournament and we came to the hospital within hours of coming back from the trip I am woefully behind on work. If you are waiting for your order, your gallery, or we have a session this week (I have emailed or messages all of you who are scheduled for the week already) please be patient. I can’t do much from the hospital and we’ve gotten 5 hrs of sleep in the last 34 hours so I’m fairly worthless. Thanks for hanging in there with me and I’ll get back to work as soon as I can. Any good thoughts you can send our way are greatly appreciated.

update: bsquared fall calendar 2013 available 7/24
Hi all! Hope you are enjoying your summer a lot. I feel like I wait all year for the 3 months where I can go to the beach and pool and be somewhat lazy. It’s awfully nice to do all of that (but really, the heat is a little much. just 10 degrees cooler would be lovely) and to start thinking about the fall is like a total travesty. But business is business so I guess it’s time to at least start kinda thinking about it. Boo.
To that end, the bsquared fall calendar for sessions September thru November will be posted and open for booking starting July 24th. I will have weekend dates listed for both full and mini sessions and will have some limited weekday availability as well. I don’t generally list weekday dates (unless it’s a school holiday and I’m doing mini’s all day) because I never know what my schedule will look like until school starts, and sometimes not even then! So if you’re in the market for a weekday session, please feel free to email me and we’ll see what we can work out as the fall gets underway.
And because you know I can’t/won’t post without a picture, here’s the moon a few days before the “super moon” taken from my office window while editing. I missed the actual super moon, but thought this moon was still pretty cool. And I didn’t have to leave my chair.

danielle- bsquared senior sessions
Senior photography. (that would be seniors in high school, not senior citizens- but I’m up for photographing them too!) The funny thing is that senior photography is HUGE all around the country, but for reasons I can’t seem to figure out it’s just not catching on here in NY. I’m really trying to change that as it would be a fantastic market to work in. For those of you who don’t know what senior sessions are all about, I’d be photographing your high school senior- but not those boring yearbook type photos. Your senior would be photographed in clothes that they love, in a fitting setting (be it a park, or a beach, or a sports arena, or NYC, or wherever they’d like!). They can choose a few outfits to bring (everything from semi-formal, to prom/formal wear, to cap & gown, to favorite casual clothing). But to me, the best part about senior photography is the photographs of them doing what they love most. Be it dancing, a sport, reading, playing an instrument, computer geniuses, traveling, whatever. I want to capture that for them- at the time in their lives where all kinds of exciting adventures await and life changes so much, so quickly. And as parents, wouldn’t you much rather have pictures like that then the typical yearbook photo with the canned smiles? Seeing your child (no matter what age) captured doing what they love at a special time in their life is the best.
A few weeks ago I put a call out for a few high school seniors to be my guinea pigs for some bsquared senior sessions. And I got 4 of the most amazing seniors volunteer to help me out with my project. Dani is the first of the 4 I photographed and was so lovely and sweet, not to mention gorgeous and talented. She will be attending Muhlenberg College in the Fall (for dance!). Wishing you nothing but luck and school, Dani! Keep dancing and I can’t wait to say I knew you when.
So if you haven’t guessed yet, Dani is an accomplished dancer (of all types, but I asked her to bring her toe shoes.)I can only think of the little ballerina in the jewelry box I had as a little girl when looking at this photo. Please contact me (using the contact link above) if you are interested in your own senior session. We still have plenty of time before everyone leaves for college!
