    out east

Finally back from out great Disney vacation (pictures from there coming eventually, but if you follow me on Instagram or Facebook, then you’ve most likely seen most of them already). I downloaded a blog app and drop boxed my photos so I could blog while we were away from the iPad, but you can see by the very quiet blog how well that worked.

So I have lots to catch up on, including pictures from the summer and fall. Sad but true. Here’s a bunch from our annual trip to the “east house” over Columbus Day weekend.

He picked some flowers just for me.Another citizen of Pakiscandinavia. She had an official greeting role at the pumpkin patch. Never knew this was what brussels sprouts looked like as they grew. Yum!!And we even got in a quick visit with our friends who have a house out that way. My very own children of the corn.

    central park zoo

We’re heading backwards in time here on the bsquared blog. I’m still trying to catch up from the fall! While the boys were taking their test for Regis, Timmy, John, Mr. Healy (aka Mr. Meatloaf) and I walked over to the Central Park Zoo so we could occupy a few hours. It was a beautiful day (not that I actually remember the weather from mid November, but I’m guessing so from the lack of jackets in the pictures!) and the zoo was so fun and cute. Perfect size for the time we had to spend there.

Fake smile, but still cute.Just taking a little sun…A royal guard from the Pakiscandinavian Navy. (Last year at Disney, we “discovered” a new country- Pakiscandinavia. Their queen occasionally waitresses at the Plaza Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom.)His new go to smile as of late.I think this was the bird that shit on my camera. And hand. Yeah, that happened.Just glad it was not this bird that was the one doing the shitting. Our favorite animal of the day- a Red Panda. So cute. Timmy got his own  Red Panda and asked me to take a few shots at some of the monuments on the way back to Regis to get the boys.

    a little sun & beach

Looking out my office window it’s snowing hard today. All the more reason to post up some beach & sun pictures from our recent Florida vacation. Woke up early one day to get them all out for a sunrise session on the beach. So worth it! (and don’t hate. I’m in the snow and freezing with the rest of you now).Patrick.Jack.Yup, there really is a height discrepancy between them now.Timmy.

    trip to atlanta

So this trip was back in June. Yes, June. That should explain why I wasn’t able to send any Christmas cards this year. Too busy with work to edit any personal photos much.

To continue on with our baseball stadium tour, we visited Atlanta for a long weekend. Luckily, our good friends Celeste, Ryan and Peyton live there & our other friends Laura & Matt live not too far away. Laura was in town with her boys anyway so we were able to meet up with them as well.

I didn’t really take many pictures (maybe cause I knew I would just have to edit them!) but here’s what there was. And not one picture of me with Celeste. Bummer.

The kids on the way into the Aquarium.

And then before the game. Timmy let Pey go first to make sure it was safe. Then he got a tomahawk.Love these girls so! And their mom too, even if there are no pictures.

the rvc royals at cooperstown dreams park- the end

Ok, so being this was like almost 2 months ago, it’s time to finish posting the last of the pictures. This was their first playoff game of two. I forgot to mention on the last blog post that Anthony STOLE HOME! And of course I have NO pictures of that amazing event because we were playing that team from New Hampshire that was so horrendously behaved and the worst sports ever and I was in a terrible mood so I put the camera away. And then he stole home. It was freaking awesome!! (the NH Cats were the team that was winning 20-4 and still talking sh*t in the field and dugout, and put in a new pitcher- who was in no way 12 years old, not even in an alternate universe and was throwing at like 90 mph- when they were already up 20-4. Asshats.) So onto a better game against a nice team!

    Johnny C.
Jamie.Getting some tips from Coach John H. The whole game was back and forth for the full two hours. It was so nerve wracking!!Bobby and his home run! I think he was a little happy!!

    Jack.
    Kevin.Jamie and HIS home run!He was pretty happy too!Anthony & Jack.Jack.Patrick.
Kevin.Nail biting game. Seriously! And the final score with the first Royals win for the week!I was so exhausted after the first game roller coaster that I kept the camera in the bag for the second game. The boys didn’t even have time to eat between the first and second playoff game, had to change their shirts and socks and get right back to playing. It was a total endurance marathon. They lost the second game to a great California team- and the one shot I took is below. And that was that. So we headed up to the main signs to take some team photos. From left: James, Glenn, Johnny C, Anthony, Kevin, Bobby, Jamie, Johnny H, Mike, Zach, Patrick, Jack C, Jack B, and Michael.Yay! Baseball is over!!The Kliers. And a little wrestling (with Timmy too of course). Thursday night was the closing ceremonies. The dog at the place I stayed (Gateway Inn and Suites). Timmy getting in his last licks on pin trading. The team banner displayed by Thomas and Timmy. The ring ceremony. (Which I honestly could’ve skipped. It wasn’t much of anything.) Oh, and John does not run.Jamie and Timmy.
I left Cooperstown immediately after this- and made it home in a record 3hours, 31 minutes door to door. Ya think I was ready to get the hell out of Cooperstown? Honestly, it was a great trip for the boys and I’m so glad they did it (and I’m glad I got to see them all play). I had a fantastic time with all the parents- they were all a super fun bunch to spend a week with!
