Another awesome communicant with a whole lot of personality and a beautiful party. I loved working with Maryn and family (can you believe she and her sister are only 8 and 10?! So self assured, mature and tall!) and capturing some of their special day. Although Maryn was done with the pictures pretty quickly (even though we weren’t actually done!) she was so spunky and fun! And the glitter sneakers with the sweats? Perfect!
Even arguing with all the Rangers (hockey) fans at the party couldn’t put a damper on the day. Luke looked like a model on the stairs by the church but couldn’t get into his bathing suit and into the pool fast enough as soon as he got home. It’s a good a way as any to celebrate your first communion with family and friends! Congratulations to Luke and family! Another family I’ve been photographing since Luke was a newborn. Crazy how time flies!
Everly’s communion was my second time photographing a communion for this gorgeous family. Her poor sister got the hottest day ever but we had some nice cloud cover and not so hot temps this go round. Everly’s favorite part of her dress was the bows so I had to make sure they showed up in a few pictures. I’m hoping this family calls me for some pictures in their restored 1970s tiffany blue ford bronco cause you know how much I’d love that!
So happy to work with this (big) family again! It’s blowing my mind how big they all are now. They’re so great-they even “redid” Connor’s communion for pictures with me because I was away at a wedding the weekend of his actual communion. I was so happy to see them all, and to see them all thriving!
A brand new to bsquared family who have been longtime clients of my photografriend Liz. She had her own goddaughter’s first communion on the same day as Sienna’s, so I was up! Our work is so similar, I actually took a picture that mom said was exactly like what Liz took at Sienna’s christening. How’s that for sharing a photography brain!?
