happy 6th birthday, Timmy!!
The birthday boy this morning, still enjoying his ongoing birthday vegetable. Love, love, love this boy!!
It’s a family tradition to have a candle in every meal of the day on your birthday. Challenging getting it in the cheerios and milk, I gotta tell you. When Timmy was little, this was the result of singing happy birthday. We look thru his scrapbooks on his birthday every year and he got a real kick out of this page this year. Look at the big, grown up boy. Ok, going to go and cry now.

the burberry princess birthday
If you follow the blog, you will definitely remember this little burberry princess from many past shoots. And although there was no burberry this shoot, there was plenty of princess!! Katie turned 4 and celebrated in style!
They had the party at the Reebok club, which as fate would have it, is right next door to the Burberry store. Mom made the cake and cupcakes. So cute!!Grandmas. And if it wasn’t enough to have a zillion little princesses around for the party, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty came too. And did makeup, games and dancing. Happy Birthday, Katie!!!

the pers 1st birthday
After photographing this little one as a (almost) newborn, I was so happy to be asked to come and capture her big first birthday bash! If you are a blog stalker, I’m sure you’ll recognize many familiar faces in the crowd. Miss N seemed to have a great time at her party, especially with Elmo and her new car.
The picture on the right is so Sesame Street. Big and little. A little musical chairs.Twins (grandma and aunt)! Here are those familiar faces…Showing off some of her tricks and smiles (told ya the new car was a big hit!)She looks like she’s saying “wow, all of this is for ME?”Happy Birthday sweet Miss N! Great seeing all of my bsquared friends and thanks for letting me celebrate with you!

a carnival? for my birthday?
Not exactly. But I wanted to post something cheery on this otherwise dismal anniversary of 9/11. Which also happens to be my birthday.
Some shots from the annual carnival at our beach club.
Wheeeeeeeeee!Grace in motion, this one.He wouldn’t smile. Cause the horses “stink bad, mommy”. The boys and John are flying back from Toronto later today and I’ll be working most of the day. Which is good if only to keep my mind off of the flying part. Hope everyone has a good day today and takes a minute or two to remember all of those who lost their lives 9 years ago today. I’ll be remembering.

happy 11th birthday, boys!!
Just a super quick post (as we are going to go back to the beach today to enjoy the day as much as we can) to wish my big boys a very happy 11th birthday. We love you both so much and you bring us so much joy every day. You are both such wonderful, smart, amazing people and we couldn’t be more proud of you than we are!!
And on a cool note, their birthday today is 8-9-10 and they are 11.
