the blai family
We had a gorgeous night in Pt. Lookout (this time the private town beach) for a session for this fantastic family. I ended up bringing Timmy along to “help” (no one was around to watch him so he came along). Timmy was actually a really big help being a dog wrangler and getting everyone to laugh. The light was changing so fast during our session which gave us some really pretty skies.

After having to reschedule last year’s session we finally got our shoot in on a lovely evening at the beach with two very blondie boys. Pt. Lookout beach didn’t disappoint and we got a great session in at sunset.
They really do love each other! There’s always room for jumping. Something about this last one I just love.

A new to bsquared family who found me thru mom’s cousin Val who’s family I photographed and went to high school with. Following along? They brought tons of personality and loads of fun to our session and I was so happy to photograph them all! Total picture overload below- there were so many great ones, it was hard to choose.
See what I mean about bringing their personalities!?She’s the middle child, so I thought it would be nice for her to go first.Dad is the former “cabana bill” from Sun and Surf. He worked there for quite a while and we overlapped by about a year or so but I don’t think we ever met. It was nice to actually meet- they are the nicest family!!In the spirit of the Olympics…Couldn’t decide between black & white and color. So I’m posting them both.Love the wild beach hair, the colors at sunset and happy children! Thanks for a great session with lots of fun! -
the harr family
My second time photographing this great family this year alone (last time was a communion mini session for the boys) and we’ve done a few sessions in the past as well (you can see them here and here). But this was our first time at the beach. I love it when clients become friends and they certainly have. Maybe it’s the twin boy thing? Or maybe I just really adore them all!

the medv family
It’s always such a pleasure to go out to East Hampton to photograph this fantastic family. Not only are they wonderful, their home is gorgeous with the most amazing light and they feed me dinner every year! The kids were so fun and funny this year- I’m loving watching them grow! You can see some of their past sessions here, here and here.
Severe picture overload ahead, sorry! I couldn’t narrow it down further.
I went out earlier in the summer this year than normal, so I got to see the gorgeous lavender and & hydrangeas I always miss.
Since I saw them last year, they got engaged! So happy for you both!
