erica & rich get married {the ceremony}
A lovely wedding for a lovely couple and their families! Since they both come from previous relationships, there is a lot of blending going on with them so when I met with Erica she wanted the entire wedding celebration to be for EVERYONE, especially all the kids. And it was! It was a beautiful ceremony- all so heartfelt and personal. Erica’s dad was the officiant, all the kids were the wedding party (also Rich’s dad as best man), a reading/speech by her sister. So many happy tears and laughter! Stay tuned for more from this beautiful wedding.

meghan & erich get married- the reception
Finally, finally done editing the last portion of this Christmastime wedding- I had a few projects that needed immediate attention in the meantime. And posting these today (for Erich’s birthday!) is actually pretty good timing. So a very happy birthday to the groom and a big congratulations to both Meghan & Erich on their upcoming new baby that they just announced this week!

meghan & erich get married {the details}
Still working on this fabulous winter wonderland wedding, just one more portion to go after this one. The vision Erich, Meghan and her family had to create this room was made into a beautiful reality by Keith & Debbie at Art Flowers. It was gorgeous!

meghan & erich get married-{the portraits}
This is usually my favorite part of a wedding to photograph, and Meghan & Erich are no exception! I love having some time with just the bride & groom after the ceremony is over and they’re officially married- the nervousness is gone, everyone is relaxed and ready to get on with the party. Meghan’s parents had their house decked out to the nines for Christmas which made my job even more fun! And I love that they (well, we) remembered to bring the lightsabers for a few pictures at their beautiful venue in order to replicate their engagement session. Stay tuned for more from their wedding soon!

meghan & erich get married {the church}
My overall impression of this portion of the wedding was “omg, it’s like a royal wedding!!”. Between the choir’s beautiful singing, the amazing pointsettas, the wreaths and decor inside and out, the long train of the bride’s dress- it was all so regal! It was a lovely mass and such a happy time seeing Meghan and Erich saying their vows in front of their families and friends. And if you are thinking this is gorgeous, just wait for the next parts of the wedding- coming soon!
