the mori family
One of my all time favorite families, in both “real life” and in photography. Sharon and I became good friends when Timmy and her daughter were babies at Gymboree and we’ve been friends ever since. Thats already 16 years! Tons of fun memories and adventures and inside jokes. Its always great to have friends that get you! And, like everyone else, they added a new member of their family over quarantine- welcome pandemic puppy Bailey.

the sylv family
Another favorite family I’ve been photographing for like ever. They got a(another) new dog this year because why not!? Pandemic puppies are a great thing- I only wish we could get one too. This is the family who’s dog (the big white one) prompted me to try and get a dog (which if you are a bsquared follower, you know how THAT ended) so I love seeing all of them, including the dogs, every year!

the smi family
Another year in the books (in the camera?) with this awesome family. And although the kids are all so grown up since I first started photographing them SO many years ago, I can still get them to laugh. Most of the time. It’s always an adventure with this crew (ocean squalls, bugs, completely unforecasted rain, etc) but this year was relatively “boring” (ya know, other than a global pandemic) and I’ll take it!!

the owen family
I know I say this every year when I post their session, but without this family I wouldn’t even HAVE a photography business. I’ve known mom (she was the big boys Coach at CATS when they were 2 years old!) for more than 19 years now. I’ve been photographing them when they were just a family of 3, then a family of 4 and now 5 plus the floofiest dog everrrrr. I love them so much and mom & dad are obviously way more to me than just clients. They are amazing people who do anything for anyone they love, they show up! I’m lucky to have them in our lives! Not to mention how ridiculously photogenic they all are.

the mitc family
Twin baby boys!! And the exact kind of dog we once had for 48 hours! You just know I was soooo excited about this session! I had to include one “what really happens” picture because this is still real life, even if all the other pictures I post are the best version of real life.
