avery’s senior session
This lovely high school senior (and her also lovely mom), met me at the park close to their NYC home. And those of you who know me and my past obsession with Edward Norton, especially in the movie 25th Hour, can understand my excitement about shooting at this park as it was featured in the movie (the fight scene). Besides the Edward Norton connection, it is also a beautiful park and I had a beautiful subject! She also just signed with her college of choice to play Volleyball- so congratulations Avery! Looking forward to seeing all the amazing things she does in life!

the madd family
Although I missed the grandparents this year, I was so happy to be able to fit this crew in for pictures. It’s their oldest’s senior year and she needed some updated pictures for events happening this year. So although it was a family shoot, we did a few extras of G. Hope her senior year is happy and NORMAL and they can celebrate her fully!

dylan & heidi’s senior session
I said I wasn’t going to go into the city this year for any shoots (or really, for any reason!) but then my camp friend Jodi asked me to do a senior session for her daughter Dylan and her friend Heidi and I knew I couldn’t pass it up. And I’m so glad I didn’t!! I had so much fun photographing these girls- they’re awesome, smart and sweet. Oh, and absolutely stunning!! And yes, I brought security with me (my friend Billy who is retired NYPD) because I really didn’t know what to expect in the city after hearing horror stories from so many friends. Billy did such a great job and doubled as a photography assistant too. I know its picture overload below, but I couldn’t decide since the girls were so gorgeous.

isabel’s senior session
I cannot believe she’s a senior! I’ve been photographing Isabel for many, many years (her brother Jack too, who makes a brief appearance here) and I was so happy her mom- who I’ve been friends with since elementary school!- booked me to do her senior session. Although senior year is just a giant mess again, I hope it goes super well and Isabel has the best year! I can’t wait to see all the amazing things she accomplishes in life. Not only is she smart and gorgeous, but a nice person too. That’s a hard combo to come by.

meghan’s senior session
Meghan & her family are our next door neighbors down at our cabana so when her mom asked me to take some senior pictures, I was all over that! A day at our beach club just hanging out all day followed by a shoot in the same spot- sign me up! Like everyone else, Meghan missed out on a full on graduation and prom, so we made sure to include both of those in our session. Beautiful girl, beautiful backdrop, beautiful sunset. Good luck at ECU next year, Meghan! See you at the beach.
