amanda’s bridal shower
I’ve been photographing this family like forever and i LOVE every single session with them. They are the nicest, funniest, sweetest, etc and I always feel like part of the family (or at least the official family photographer) for the time I’m with them. They’re really THAT awesome! Wishing Amanda & Wyndam lots of love and happiness on their upcoming wedding and for the rest of their lives together!

sonia’s first communion party
A few weeks ago I posted Sonia’s first communion portraits. Well, then I got to photograph a bit of her party too! As an aside, do you know that peacocks sound EXACTLY like the bird Kevin in the movie Up? You learn something new every day. Her party was at the Milleridge Inn (where there are peacocks around the grounds so that tidbit of info wasn’t totally out of left field!) and it was so fun for me to take some pictures in the village before heading inside to the party. Hope you like her party photos as much as you liked the portraits!

rvc ll dinner *(with special guest Todd Frasier)
Took me quite a while to get these done (the dinner fell right in the middle of busy season- of course it did!) but here are a few from the awesome awards dinner at the Coral House for the RVC Little League players, coaches, parents, commissioners and special guest star Todd Frasier (at the time he was with the Yankees, now he’s with the Mets so I guess all the kids & parents were ultimately represented with their fav NY team). What a nice, down to earth, funny and inspirational man he is, and he gave a great speech to boot. He smiled endlessly, took pictures with all the kids, even stayed to answer questions afterwards. You all know how I feel about baseball, but even I really liked him! Here’s a few shots from the night. If you are a parent, coach or player and want to see the full gallery, you can find it HERE.

karen & matt tie the knot
Finally a shoot I can post without worrying about spoiling any christmas surprises! A friend from high school (Karen) and her new husband Matt (who also went to our high school but I didn’t really know him at all) got married a few weeks ago and I was lucky enough to capture a part of their amazing day. They’re two awesome people who found eachother again after many years. I wish them nothing but happiness in their future together!

kenny’s birthday block band party
This was a super fun shoot- a 50th birthday party that was also a block party and also a band reunion. It was a lot to fit into one party! The music was great and I was told some friends came in from as far as California and even Australia to help celebrate! Now those are good friends! Kenny rocked the drums all day! Happy 50th! (and although the candles on the cake didn’t stay lit for you to blow out, i hope all your birthday wishes come true!)
