olivia & friends at the mercy ball
The Mercy Ball is a long time honored tradition here in our town where seniors can be sponsored to go to the ball as honor guard. Boys in tuxes and tails, girls in gowns. Its almost like a winter version of prom. Olivia and her parents had a little pre-ball party and asked me to come over to take some pictures of her with her besties and their dates. And parents too! They all looked gorgeous and had a great time that night. Stay tuned for another pre-ball session at a different house coming up soon.

nate & harlan’s bar mitzvah
These twin boys celebrated their Bar Mitzvah with their family and friends and did it with great party at Dave & Busters after working hard on their Torah readings. They came to me thru my photografriend who is our mutual friend (and she doesn’t shoot events) and after a few “false starts” over two years ago during Covid, we finally got to work together. I’m so glad we did! Looks like all the kids had a great time and were so happy to celebrate together with video games and lots (and lots) of candy! Mazel Tov, boys and family!

jake’s 1st birthday
Since I can’t post any of my fall sessions lately, here’s a happy boy’s 1st birthday party with Cocomelon and lots of small friends. Everyone who loves Jake was in attendance and with bubbles and singing and puppets and parachutes. Happy 1st birthday Jake!

alexandra’s 50th birthday
When Nick (Alexandra’s husband) got in touch and asked me if I was available to photograph her 50th birthday party, I was soooo excited! Knowing Nick and his absolutely amazing taste, I knew it was going to be an extravaganza. And it really was!! The details were beautiful, the venue unbelievable and lots of my favorite clients were there too! Alexandra looked beautiful and I just love capturing her while Greek dancing. She is a dancing queen! There were a bunch of family shots too, but we’re holding onto those until after Christmas, but I’ll be sure to post a few here in the later winter. Hope Alexandra has all her 50th dreams come true!

Troop 243 Eagle Scouts
My first time photographing an Eagle Scout Ceremony (I’ve photographed Order of the Arrow and other Boy Scouts events, but the Eagle Scout never before) and it was very interesting and fun! These boys worked so hard to achieve this honor and their families and troop were all so proud of them. Such nice families and a wonderful ceremony for the boys! Wishing them all luck in all their (bright) futures!
