bianca’s communion
Another beautiful communicant that I was lucky enough to photograph this season. Miss Bianca I’m told is not one for the dressing up & hair and all, but she was so pretty and fun and we had a great time during our session regardless.
I told her mom that the picture on the left was definitely going on the blog. Booties to cover her white shoes while walking on the grass. Pretty smart, but very funny! You’ll see more of this pretty, sassy girl on the blog soon- I’ll be photographing her communion party in a few weeks.

kathleen’s communion
Communion season this year kicked off with a favorite bsquared family who I’ve been lucky enough to photograph a bunch of times (here, here and here). We had sun shining for about 30 seconds of our time together, but at least it wasn’t raining! Kathleen looked beautiful (as did her whole family!) and was all ready for her big day with tons of smiles and giggles. She even got to speak at the mass. Hope the party was wonderful!
Couldn’t decide which picture with her dad to post, so I am just sharing both. The cross was sent from Ireland so I had to be sure to get a special picture of it.

happy eastover!
I never, ever blog at night really but the boys wanted some of the pix from today to post so I figured since they were already edited I’d throw them up on the blog. Spent the day baking paper bag cookies and brownies and then headed over to grandma & grandpa’s to celebrate (with ham and matzah) the day. 6 of the 9 cousins were there, so it was only a matter of 10 minutes until the baseball game started.
My handsomes.
Spectators in the stands. The closest I can get to a group shot.

the raic girls
Another family from my recent casting call- checking out a new location and working on some new posing and editing. So different shooting more for myself than for the client, but I think in the end we’d both be pretty happy with the results. I’ve known mom since I was in Kindergarten and we reconnected (where else…) on Facebook. Enjoy the zillion pictures below of the gorgeous mama and gorgeous girls!!

annabella
I originally had a basketball post scheduled for today, but when I went on my Facebook feed this morning, I found out that today was the 3 year anniversary of Annabella becoming a part of her forever family. So blog plans changed, and as luck would have it, I recently photographed Miss Annabella (and her parents) as part of a casting call I did to try out some new stuff and a new location (success on both, by the way.). So to celebrate their familyversary today, here’s a TON of photos from our session last weekend. I can hardly believe that its almost 3 years since I was waiting at the airport for their arrival home from China and meeting her family for the first time. You can also find her 1st birthday shoot here. She still makes the same exact funny faces, too!
Love the thumb hooked into the pocket. That was all her.
Giggles. And lots and lots of hugs.
