I’m so behind on posting (and editing) but trying to catch up. Here’s some shots from Meghan’s baby shower back in August. At first, they were told they were having a boy but they were told wrong. The tech was looking at their first baby’s sonogram records who IS a boy. This new baby is a little girl, so there was of course a lot of pink to celebrate. Looking forward to meeting her in a few months! It was also close to their son Bobby’s 1st birthday so he got some celebrating in too. And check out the teef on the newest puppy.
If you’ve been a longtime bsquared follower, you’ll definitely remember the “burberry princess”. I shot her first birthday party and I’ve been photographing her ever since- 16 years!!! Click here to see some of our old shoots. Always in burberry, until she grew out of her parents deciding her outfits. But then I still put her (with baaaaad photoshop) in burberry and begged her to bring anything burberry to her senior session. A bow, a bag, a sweater, anything. They were so good to me and Katie threw on a burberry scarf just for me/for old times. She’s grown up to be such a lovely, smart, amazing girl (I had no doubt she would be!) and I cannot wait to see what she chooses for college and beyond. She told me I definitely get to photograph her wedding someday. Could you even imagine? (do you think she’d wear a burberry wedding dress??)
Want to talk about dramatic skies?! Take a look at this session- we really, really lucked out! Somehow the rain avoided us but the skies all around us were so amazing. A perfect backdrop for this fun and loved up family! I wish I could custom order these skies for all of my sessions!
Meghan requested a session that was both maternity and also their last session as a family of 3 before baby Grace arrives. Working with toddlers, I’m kind of at their whim. Bobby was quite the jumping bean so we just had some fun with it. They are just an adorable family and I can’t wait to meet their baby girl. I’m actually off in a little while to photograph Meghan’s baby shower so there will be more pictures of this happy family soon.
Another awesome communicant with a whole lot of personality and a beautiful party. I loved working with Maryn and family (can you believe she and her sister are only 8 and 10?! So self assured, mature and tall!) and capturing some of their special day. Although Maryn was done with the pictures pretty quickly (even though we weren’t actually done!) she was so spunky and fun! And the glitter sneakers with the sweats? Perfect!
