This reception was so much fun- I was literally smiling both while shooting and editing all of it! The speeches, the entrance (I mean the WWE takedown by tiny Christina was epic!), the dancing, the flags and props, the music and most importantly the love! So awesome!! Wishing the happy couple many years of happiness and the joy they had on their wedding day.
Since we did two sets of portraits (one before the ceremony and then one after) it was hard to narrow down what I wanted to post. But here are a few of my favs of the happy, lovey couple and their families and bridal party. Just the party left to edit so stay tuned for that, it’ll be a lot of fun!!
A beautiful ceremony for a wonderful couple! They chose not to do a first look but Sam and her dad had a first look of their own which was so sweet. I loved all of the elements they incorporated into their very special ceremony, it was so personal and emotional (in all the best ways!)
Two days in a row of work posts! But that’ll be it for 2 weeks or so since I’m headed back to florida (because that’s where I belong with weather that’s bearable). So stay tuned for more in the near future.
I was with the girls starting at 8am (they had been up since 5:15am. I got up at 6:20am. Ummm…no.) but they were already having such a good time, it was impossible to be grumpy. Plus, mimosas. They all looked beautiful and were ready to head out to the venue. More coming soon!
I can’t believe I haven’t posted anything since November. That’s photography busy season for ya I guess! Well, I’m back to posting both the recent wedding I shot earlier this month and some fall sessions that I can now share will be coming soon.
Sam & Darren’s wedding was definitely in the top 5 FUN weddings I’ve ever shot! Besides them being like family, all of THEIR family and friends were just so happy to be there celebrating their marriage. As it should be. Big thanks to my photografriend Rich for being my second shooter for the day and spending the morning with the boys while I was covering the girls. There was dressing, laughing, praying and dancing. And that was all before 10am! Stay tuned for more soon.
