the kell family
Many years of photographing this awesome crew, and I just refuse to believe the oldest boy is in high school now. Just not happening. I still love that the littlest is the one girl (you can see her recent headshot session with me here) and still is as rough and tumble as her brothers. Totally undaunted and right in the mix. They’re always a fun, gorgeous bunch (I mean, come ON. Even the dog is good looking and matches the family!).

scott’s senior session
This is going to be a weird year for me with senior sessions- since the boys are seniors this year, I’ll be photographing a lot of the kids I’ve known since nursery school! Even though my boys don’t go to high school in town, its still the strangest thing ever seeing all of these kids as seniors since they were just like 5 years old 5 minutes ago!
Scott brought along some of his favorite guitars to our session along with his handsome smiles and a very, very patient attitude. And big thanks to his mom Ronni for giving me a bottle of water at the end! Shooting is dehydrating!

don’t press send- book launch event
My down the block neighbor (you can see her previous book/headshot shoot here) is really forging ahead with her awesome and aware Don’t Press Send campaign and book. To celebrate the launch and all of the support she has received, she had a book signing and event last week and I was invited to take some pictures. Guest appearances by our Mayor Murray and Senator Todd Kaminsky, and lots of lovely, supportive moms and friends from town really made it a lovely event. If you would like to host a book signing event, please get in touch with the author and speaker, Katie Schumacher at dontpresssend.org

miss a’s headshots
This session has been a long time coming, but we finally were able to get it together on all of our ends. Pretty, spunky little miss A has been doing some modeling and needed some updated headshots. She is so full of fun and cute! And I’m sure you’ll agree after seeing her pictures.

the sull kids
Some of my favorite subjects because even though they’re a good deal younger than I am, we seem to share the same twisted sense of humor (yeah, I know what that says about me, but whatever). I love photographing them all, and even though pictures kids annoy them I hope they have some fun during our sessions. Thanks for the laughs! (there is one additional family member in the last shot- baby Tommy who I photographed as a newborn. He made a special cameo appearance.)
