    annabella

I originally had a basketball post scheduled for today, but when I went on my Facebook feed this morning, I found out that today was the 3 year anniversary of  Annabella becoming a part of her forever family. So blog plans changed, and as luck would have it, I recently photographed Miss Annabella (and her parents) as part of a casting call I did to try out some new stuff and a new location (success on both, by the way.). So to celebrate their familyversary today, here’s a TON of photos from our session last weekend. I can hardly believe that its almost 3 years since I was waiting at the airport for their arrival home from China and meeting her family for the first time. You can also find her 1st birthday shoot here. She still makes the same exact funny faces, too!

Love the thumb hooked into the pocket. That was all her.

Giggles. And lots and lots of hugs.

    the beach

I know its only the first day of spring today, but after the winter we’ve had, summer and the beach every day cannot come soon enough!! We had some unusually “big” waves down in Hallandale this trip, along with some jellyfish. Timmy got stung a little by a small one- thankfully not one of the man ‘o wars we saw washed up on the shore. He smelled like a tossed salad w vinegar the rest of the day.

Im so sad these are my last set of pictures from Florida. But they’re my favorites.

    wyatt (the dog)

After photographing an event, made a quick visit to my cousin Susan’s house to finally meet her gorgeous golden, Wyatt. He looks like a big cuddly bear, and kinda acts like a teddy bear. He’s been doing some dog shows with some successes (well, yeah cause he’s gorgeous!) and just turned a year old. Since it is now confirmed that Timmy is allergic to all dogs (adults, hypo allergenic, non -shedding, any kind) at least I have another one to visit on my rounds when I get the urge.

Wyatt w his mommy, Susan. He looks like a bear, right?

With his big brother who has survived cancer and is a big old mush with a sweet face. So happy I’m posting something other than pictures of Timmy or basketball? Well, not to worry. Those posts resume tomorrow.

the last of the snow pictures

One can only hope that this is the last of it. Although I did hear that it might snow again on Monday- really? Haven’t we suffered enough? I’d really be okay if we never had a winter like this one again. Ever in the history of winters.
