bsquared 2009 holiday card collection
It’s back to school today and the official start of the fall season (well, at least to me. Back to school = Fall). So, I’ve already started my ‘holiday season’ shoots in full force and figured now was as good a time as any to get the holiday card templates up on the blog.
You may view all the card information, including closer views of the cards, changes that can be made to the cards, ordering info, and pricing here: 2009 holiday card collection. This is a permanent page on the bsquared blog and can also be found by clicking on the bsquared info link on the top of the blog, and follow the drop down menu to the cards link.
Here’s a peek at all the collections. There are quite a few this year, something for everyone:
I’d love to hear what you think of this year’s choices. Leave me a comment if you’d like.

32nd annual beyrer family fishing trip
It’s not really a fishing trip anymore, but after years of it being one, it’s still called that. Now its a baseball game and bbq down at Uncle Dick and Aunt Cathy’s house in Pt. Lookout. The house that I love in the town I hope to someday own a house. Mayberry on the Beach.
It was a weird/bad weather day but the game went ahead as scheduled. Which was good cause it’s always a fun day and always great to see everyone.
Beyrers with a newspaper. Huh? Who woulda thought…
Some baseball with the tons of cousins.
George “running”. Think this one is my favorite of the day.
Chris and Laura, who’s wedding we will be at in October.
Jen & Mike (their first official pictures together) and George with pretty hair.
Uncle Dick and Aunt Cathy and their kids & grandbaby girl.
A little running bases in the backyard too.
The catch of the day (so I guess there was some fishing going on afterall)
And no Beyrer party would be complete without the bagpipes from Grandpa Jack.
I think this is probably the last personal post for me for a while. Well into busy season already and have lots of client sessions to blog. Although there will have to be a back to school one I think being that school starts in 1 more day. Yay and blech all at the same time.

boys birthday at the brooklyn cyclones
Jack and Patrick waffled quite a bit on what to do for their birthday this year. After a loooonng while (and many ‘discussions’ between the two of them) they finally agreed upon a Brooklyn Cyclones game with a bunch of friends.
All the boys got BC hats, and Grandpa Jack was so generous and bought all the boys BC tshirts. John was great going up and down (and up and down and up and down…) to get all the boys food and drinks and bathroom breaks.
They all seemed to have a really great time. Especially with all the silliness at the end. That’s 8 ten year old (plus one 4.5 year old and one 6 year old) boys for ya.

NYC day trip 8-24
So, are you totally sick of seeing pictures of my boys yet? I hope not, cause theres still a few more shoots of them left to post. Then you probably won’t be seeing much of them until after Christmas as busy season for me has officially started.
We took a day trip into the city in August to go to the Museum of Natural History and a detour over to Times Square for some additional birthday presents for the big boys. Uncle Nelson came along for the museum part of the day but had to get back to Long Island earlier in the day so he only was able to stick around for that part.
The museum was a big hit although the boys were a little disapointed that there was no “diarama room” like in the movie. We did see Rexy (and again, not in his movie spot), DumDum (not in his movie spot either), and hit one of the many gift shops.
Drove down to Times Square where I dragged (pretty much literally) the boys thru Sephora and then onto ToysRUs for a little shopping and Ferris Wheel riding.
Met my friend Rich at his office at Nickelodeon for a quick visit and some dinner at BubbaGumps.
Exhausted but in a good way by the time we got home (and after watching Night at the Museum on the way in and on the way out). Have to take the big boys back to the Planetarium but think I’ll have to leave Timmy at home for that one- I remember parts being scary.

the turn @ arctica 8-31
Started and ended my month “off” with my favorite band. We needed some new pictures for promotional material that we’re working on. So into the city I went to snap some pictures and listen to some rockin music!
The show this night was particularly awesome…they played a bunch of new songs of theirs (which are all so great and I can’t wait to hear again- at my party!!) and some covers that I had never heard them play before that were SO good. The fact is that after I hear them play a cover of a song it’s a pretty safe bet that I like their version better than the original! Which makes it difficult to listen to it on my ipod thereafter.
Love this one:
There were a few technical difficulties throughout the evening, including 2 or 3 broken guitar strings and me running out of fresh batteries for the flash. Way to be prepared, huh? Big thanks to Ronan and Eric for the battery loans! And my favorite technical diffuculty? The kid in the shiny silver lame (pronounced lamay, but lame is true too) baseball hat. It reflected the crap out of my flash and I had quite a time cropping and cloning him out of the pictures!
Another for my collection. The collection is rather large at this point, but that will not stop me from taking more.
Pat and his girlfriend who I adored! We were finishing eachothers sentences within 10 minutes!
The Ripps men.
And my favorite of the night.
Two posters we recently made up. Go see them if you can. I promise you won’t be dissapointed!!
