five for friday
A week or two ago (who remembers) I did a Ten for Tuesday post. I missed Tuesday, so now it’s a five for Friday instead…
1. swine flu- still don’t know where I stand on this one. One minute I’m all “it’s just the flu and no one really seems that bad off with it” and the next minute it’s more like “omg, we’re all gonna die and life is going to be exactly like The Stand by Stephen King”. So that’s where I’m at with the swine flu. It’s a minute to minute thing. What do you think?
2. I’m almost caught up with editing shoots. But by the time I am, it’ll be time for the next batch this weekend. Love being busy though, I get so much more done.
3. Been watching reruns of Sex and the City. Love that show.
4. I am more lost than ever with LOST. Love it, but so freakin confused.
5. The boys have been doing great at baseball and are having lots of fun with it. Jack pitched 3 innings at a recent game and struck out 8 of 9 players. It’s really hard going to their games cause the field they play at is bug city (gross) and Timmy is always into something else, so it’s not like I’m watching much even when I am there. But I did go and got some great pictures.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

the heal communion
We have been friends with this good looking bunch for quite a while now. The boys all met when they were in nursery school and have been buddies since.
I was so excited when R asked me to take some pictures of their beautiful daughter for her First Communion. While it was actually NOT her actual communion day, she did have her dance recital this day so it worked out really well since she needed her hair done anyway. And as an added bonus, I got a little preview Irish Step dance in full costume in the kitchen.
Miss J was a real trooper and held out for the pictures for as long as possible on this ridiculously HOT spring morning. She was greatly cheered when I took a picture with her neighbor and friend.
Hope the recital went great and that the communion is wonderful too. Can’t wait to see you guys at the beach everyday. Soon!!

the fara family
This great little family came to me thru my good friend Jen, and I’m so glad they did. They were gifted with a bsquared session and mom decided to put it to good use for their twin girls’ first birthday.
Really, how cute are these girls?? Yes, identical. Yes, delicious.
We really wore the poor things out in our hour of shooting and they were SO ready for a nap by the end. After they were down, mom and I had a nice little twin chat for a bit.
Suffice it to say, they are truly very blessed. And yes, I tried to get mom & dad to participate but they promised they would next time. I’m holding you to it, J!!!

the rest from Central Park (& what I was going to write)
Ok, so I had all these plans to write lots when posting these pictures. But I had to take some allergy medicine tonight cause I was milliseconds from scratching my eyeballs out of my skull so I’m a little (pleasantly) floaty, so the long narrative will have to be postponed.
Really, who actually reads my posts anyway. You’re all just here for the pictures, right?
I was going to say how good the big boys were this day- totally go with the flow and easy and just plain fun. And I was going to write how Timmy was such a total pill for most of the day. Which is really not like him, but we’re all entitled to a day like that now and then. And then I was going to write how I don’t get it why they all can’t be good on the SAME day.
And then last I was going to write about what excellent good brothers the big boys are to Timmy. Always looking out for him and helping him. They love him and he ADORES them.
So, that’s what I was going to write.

the beyr baby
AKA…baby superfly noodles, James William, Sweet Baby James, Jamie, and I’m sure more to come.
More importantly, the newest member of the Beyrer family. And the 7th boy out of 7 grandchildren/cousins.
And most importantly….gorgeous, sweet and loved already. And the full head of hair?? OMG…too cute!!
The baby is the spitting image of his daddy. This is SO a Joe face.
Gail was surprised by the grumpy face. I told her she’d better get used to it… he is a Beyrer afterall!!
The original baby (Jack the rescued Greyhound) and the Uncle. Gives some perspective on how teeny tiny he really is, huh?
Thanks Joe and Gail for the fun hour and letting me take lots of pictures. He was fantastic. And I FINALLY got my sleeping squished up baby!!!!
