daniel’s bar mitzvah
This lovely family was referred to me by a photografriend, and I’m so glad they were! What a great group of people with a special son/grandson/nephew/cousin/friend to celebrate! We took some family pictures outside of their venue (Lombardi’s on the Bay) on the water and then hit the party for a few shots too. Please note the awesome shark candle holder made by dad! Mazel Tov Daniel and family!!

Thats the extent of my wit for today, sorry. From the ongoing super secret food project, a few farm fresh eggs.

16 years to doctor!
I got a FB message for a last minute shoot-a doctor finishing his residency and reaching his dream job after 16 years- his family was surprising him at the hospital on his last day of residency with a banner and 16 balloons. So cute and creative! Dr. Durrant will be a general surgeon at a new hospital on Long Island, let’s wish him the best!

catie & austin get married, take 2 {getting ready}
So because of Covid, this awesome couple didn’t get the wedding they always dreamed of. But instead of just giving up the dream they just did it all again! You’ll recognize many of the participants, the location, but a few new/different faces, clothing and decor. Lots more dancing too (that in a future post). Check out take two!

rolls, watermelon, and a new job!
You might be saying what exactly do these three things have to do with one another? Here’s the answer: watermelon cause it was a summer bbq, rolls because it IS an official bsquared event (hopefully, most of you know the roll story) and a new job for me! I’m now going to be a house photographer for the Garden City Country Club, shooting some of their events, parties, and special occassions. I’m SO excited!!! Big thanks to my friend Christine for the recommendation, and to the new GM of GCCC and for bringing me on board! Just adding to the bsquared business (so don’t worry, I’ll still be doing all my regular sessions and events as well). Best of luck to retiring head chef Wayne, may you enjoy every minute of your retirement!
