the harr family
One of my closest friends and her identical twin boys (one of the reasons we became friends- twin moms!) from their fall session at Wantagh Park. They have a very special connection to the park and the bench pictured. The bench has a plaque on it dedicated to her mom/the boys grandmother who passed away a few years ago. The bench is in her spot in the park where they always went as kids. I had to get it in a few of the pictures too. And ps. isn’t my friend stunning!? The boys are now huge (like 6ft)

the gal family
I loved photographing this matched set of brothers and sisters! They were all so sweet and adorable and the way the littles loved their bigs so much (and vice-versa) was so great to see!

the gaff family
Very longtime clients that have become friends over the years. Mom and I have “adorable” nicknames for each other which I will not be mentioning here. One positive thing to come out of Covid was lots of older kids being home for extended periods of time (ok, so maybe this isn’t all entirely good for either the kids or the parents) but it enabled families to get in shoots that they probably normally wouldn’t have been able to do. It might not be a time we all choose to remember looking back, but there were definitely some good parts. I hope I was able to capture one of those “good parts” for this awesome family to keep forever.

the fx family
A brand new to bsquared famiy- with gorgeous girls (with super cool sneakers!) and a gorgeous dog. The only breed of dog that I’m scared of is a German Shepherd but i loved the long hair on this one- he looked cuddly so I wasn’t so scared. He’s highly trained and did such a great job posing. So did his humans! They have since gotten a new puppy to add into the mix, so I’m hoping i get to meet that one this year for pictures.

the flec kids
It seemed like this shoot went super quick- like they got there, i photographed them in 5 minutes and they were gone. I’m sure it was longer, but it just went quickly which isn’t always the case. Everyone always asks me who is hardest to photograph. There is no easy answer- sometimes its toddlers/babies because they don’t listen, sometimes its teens cause they’re super self- concious. But sometimes it’s just easy and fast, no matter the ages. I’m lucky I just have awesome clients!! And the littlest just HAD to get in the tree, so we all worked hard to get her up there and made it happen.
